As a PPM customer, in addition to being allocated a dedicated HVAC Technical Manager, you will also have peace of mind that all engineers attending your scheduled visits are F-Gas certified, enhanced DBS checked and highly experienced in their field of work.
As standard, CMS' HVAC PPM can include bespoke SFG20 aligned annual, bi-annual or quarterly scheduled visits, ensuring maximum performance of your HVAC system, providing compliance with F-Gas regulations and improving your indoor air quality when maintained regularly, therefore increasing the overall lifespan of the equipment.
In the unfortunate event of a system failure, our customer support team are available to discuss your requirements and schedule a visit with an experienced and qualified HVAC engineer to assess the fault and carry out a repair.
Due to our direct partnerships with manufacturers and stockists through our UK wide network of suppliers, our specialist HVAC teams can typically provide same day repairs where possible.
After identifying the fault with your system, you will be provided with a digital report within 24 hours of the call out, detailing the works required to rectify the fault.
